Summary: Questions are submitted via e-mail to Gearbox, for use in the Community Mailbag column. If a question is used in the Mailbag, the person who submitted it will receive a prize.

Entry: Submissions will be handled through the dedicated e-mail address: mailbag@gearboxsoftware.com. No purchase or payment of any kind is required. Employees of Sponsor (including directors and officers) and their immediate families or affiliates are not eligible. Sponsor will award prizes to each such Alternative Entry winner. Sponsor will contact each winner via email to the address registered to the winning account. The decision of the Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters.

Alternate Entry: Each eligible applicant must print his or her name, address, city, state, country, postal code, email address, and telephone number, as well as the phrase "Gearbox Mailbag: Alternate Entry / Free Stuff Please!" on a self-addressed 4x6 note card and mail the completed form post-paid to Gearbox Software at Gearbox Software, LLC, Attn: Gearbox Mailbag Alternate Entry, 101 East Park Blvd., Suite 1200, Plano, Texas 75074.

Prizes: T-shirts, belt buckles, posters, copies of games, codes for game add-on content (the value of each prize will not exceed $50). However, Gearbox reserves the right to substitute prizes of greater value with no prior notice.

Methodology: Questions will be selected based on topic and relevance.

Expected Time Frame: Submissions will open January 17, 2011. The Community Mailbag will periodically appear on www.Gearboxity.com. Prizes will be awarded and sent out after a user's question appears in the published article. Any previously received and unused submissions will be eligible for future selection / prizes.

Release: By entering into this contest, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, taxes, expenses or damages of any kind, either at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes, including the possession, use or inability to use any prize. If chosen as a winner, each entrant hereby consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, photograph in any and all media for promotional purposes in any manner by Sponsor, its designees and its advertising and promotion agencies without further compensation or notification, except where prohibited by law.

General: Sponsor shall not be liable for (i) lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or late entries, (ii) any conditions beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the contest to be disrupted, or (iii) any losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance or use of any prizes awarded in this contest or for participation in this contest. No substitutions by the winners will be permitted, but Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Sweepstakes Rules or to terminate the Sweepstakes.
